- We, the parents of this child, request that this child be baptized in this Community of Faith. In making thie request we reaffirm our faith in God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as professed by the Roman Catholic Church. We promise to do everything in our power to share our faith with our child. To support us in this effort we have invited as godparents the two people listed below. We know these persons to be Confirmed Catholics who regularaly participate in the celebration of Sunday Mass and practice their faith as fully initiated Catholics.

- A Baptism Preparation Class is required for parents and godparents prior to settin the date for a child's baptism. Register here for class. (You can take the class before your child is born to make things less hectic after the arrival of your little one.)
  
  Classes are usually held on the first Wednesday of the month in Spanish and the second Tuesday of the month in English. Check the parish Calendar for actual dates.
  
  Class is for Parents and godparents only. No children may attend. Please make childcare arrangements prior to class.
