David Couch

David Couch grew up in San Jose and joined St. John Vianney Parish in 1996. He attended San Jose State University and his children, now grown, attended St. John Vianney Parish School.

Asked by former pastor, Fr. Francisco Rios, to help raise money for the construction and completion of the Community Center building, David accepted the challenge and organized fundraising to get the job done. Now that the building is functional, David continues to volunteer, seeking rentals from a variety of sources to the point where the Community Center is now self-supporting.

David is an intentional disciple that is a stewardship role model who as a volunteer leads by example providing his time, talent and treasure to our Saint John Vianney Community.

What David likes best about St. John Vianney Catholic Parish Community is that it is family oriented, and everyone is willing to step up to take care of needs as they arrive.
